Maintenance Plan Subscriptions
Customizable plans are available.
Maintenance plans cover content changes only. The term “content” refers to text and images. Design changes are available for an additional cost and are not included in the Maintenance Plan.
- Monthly hours DO carry over to subsequent months, but must be used within the plan year.
- Expedite requests (changes that must be completed within 5 business days) will be accessed an additional $180.00 expedite fee.
- Content changes without a maintenance plan will be billed at our normal rate of $90.00 per hour.
Deluxe Maintenance Plan
- Ten (10) hours of content changes per month
- Seven (7) Business Day Turnaround
- Additional Content Change Request are $50.00 per Change Request per hour
- Deluxe Maintenance Plan charge per Year: $4,800.00

Superior Maintenance Plan
- One Content Change Request Hour per Week (max. 4 per month)
- Five (5) Business Day Turnaround
- Additional Content Change Request are $50.00 per Change Request per hour
- Superior Maintenance Plan charge per Year: $2,400.00

- Two Content Change Request Hours per Month

Basic Maintenance Plan
- Up To One Hour of Content Changes per Month
- Changes received by the 25th of the month will be updated by the 1st of the next month
- Changes after the 25th of the month will be updated within ten (10) business days
- Additional Content Changes are $55.00 per Change per hour
- Basic Maintenance Plan charge per Year: $600.00
