Here are some of our success stories.

Utility Industry - 1

A major utility company was in the middle of a web project and had lost two developers, one right after the other. They required someone who was very knowledgeable in all aspects of web development to pick up were the others had left off and complete the project.

As it turned out, the entire project had to be re-designed and re-developed almost from scratch due to the previous developers' tool sets. Since the company's budget and time for this project was dwindling fast, this put additional pressure on us to complete the project on time and on budget which we did accomplish. The management of the project was so extremely pleased with the quick progress of the project that they requested a few additional interactive Flash features. Since we were within the allocated time and budget constraints, we were happy to provide the new features.

Since this project went very well and was well received by the company management and users alike, the management immediately gave us another project to complete.


Utility Industry - 2

Another utility company required an application to track and bill telecommunications equipment and costs throughout each department.

We created an application that not only met their requirements, but also provided added reporting functionality.

The success of this project was instrumental in obtaining a new project from their finance department to track vendor invoicing, which was also completed on time and under budget.


Telecommunications Industry - 1

A telecommunications company required an add-on module to their current intranet web site to allow employees to order home access to the company's Websites and servers without any downtime of the application.

A plan was developed to create the required modules and to modify the website without crashing the entire application and system.

The new features were added on-time and under budget without any downtime.


Telecommunications Industry - 2

A telecommunications company required an intranet web application to replace the paper trail ordering process of telecommunications service requests. The application requirements included selected security level access, multiple report generations, automatic notifications, and detailed search capabilities.

We not only electronically duplicated the entire process, but greatly enhanced many of the requested features as well.

The success of this project produced numerous only intranet web projects including a problem resolution tracking system, a change control management system, a finance invoice tracking system, an automated invoice processing system, and a service and equipment inventory and invoicing system.


Telecommunications Industry - 3

When a telecommunications company's subcontractor's contract ended, the company required an application to reproduce the reports created for one of their customers. The current process gathered invoicing information from several locations and from several vendors. The process utilized snail mail, the web, a database application, and the mainframe to produce the reports and distribute them to the appropriate personnel.

We re-designed the entire process into a web application with a database that reduced the time to process and distribute from 2 weeks to 1 day.


Insurance Industry - 1

A medical insurance company required a survey and resulting analysis completed on the survey to determine awarded contracts.

An application was built with a database to setup the survey, track the results, and create reports on the findings.


Insurance Industry - 2

A medical insurance company required standardization of an application reporting system to meet the timely report submitting requirements of government regulations.

Not only did we standardize the application reporting system, but we also consolidated many of the analysis features of the system. This amounted to a huge savings in processing time.


Insurance Industry - 3

One of the largest insurance companies needed a way to track employee performance by type of insurance sold throughout several geographic locations. The main issue was that each office was running different operating systems and software.

We built an entry/database tracking application that produced secure reports for each particular level of access.


Airline Industry - 1

A major airline wanted a customized solution for contact management and was not satisfied with the Commercial Off-The-Shelf packages that were available.

We developed a contact management application that was completely customizable including the reporting features.


Airline Industry - 2

An airline wanted a way to track the training that was given and scheduled in the future for each area, including required and optional classes.

An application was created to include a database to store historical and future information, as well as produce a variety of reports.


Airline Industry - 3

An airline required an easier, quicker and more efficient way of determining manpower requirements for ticket counters and ramp personnel based on flight schedules and manpower standards.

A custom application was created where after flight schedules were entered, would calculate the required manpower requirements based on set standards. The standards could also be changed depending upon requirements.


Airline Industry - 4

A company in the airline industry needed a way of tracking multiple areas of performance from multiple locations. The reports created would then be distributed daily to each local management and company management.

A system was created to extract information daily, analysis performance, create daily reports, and email the daily reports to the respective management.


Cargo Industry

A major cargo company required an application that tracked cargo ships from Japan to the U.S. and created reports of where and how shipments were to be dispersed once they arrived. The cargo would then be loaded and transported via rail, truck, or air.

This application also had to include communications support between several offices around the world and an extensive help system.

The company needed a custom application, since a Commercial Off-The-Shelf package was not available.

We created a custom application that was a perfect fit to handle all of their requirements, under budget.
